Linut..One of the Melanau's traditional dishes. Melanau foodmade from sago. It’s like gum but eaten with sambal belacan… Sarawak’s sambal belacan has anchovies in it..



Ly chee kang or in local 'kembang semangkuk'..refreshing enough...



Mee kolok..All-time favourite..only certain places in Sarawak can you find the most delicious mee kolok. (At Satok is my fav! -LaydeeVirgo)
